Duiske Abbey
Duiske Abbey is one of the oldest Cistercian Abbeys in Europe, in the heart of the small town of Graignamanagh. It was once run by the Monks and today it is the Catholic Church where Mass is hosted 7 days a week. The beautiful stained glass windows which adorn this building have been admired by visitors worldwide.

Kilkenny Castle & City

This medieval city with its cobbled side streets is one of the jewels of the south east of Ireland. Kilkenny Castle was once the seat of the Butler Family. There are daily tours of the castle through out the summer months. Rothe House, St. Canices Cathedral are all within walking distance of each other.



Cushendale Wollen Mills
Situated in the riverside town of Graignamanagh this is one of the oldest family run woollen mills in Ireland. The wool is used to produce blankets, scarves and a selection of knitwear. The Dunbrody Famine Ship

One of Irelands reconstructed Emigrant ships is anchored in New Ross. Visitors can go on board where a re-enactment of the journey from New Ross across the Atlantic by Irish Famine Emigrants can be seen. Visit www.dunbrody.com.
